Michal Rataj is assistant professor at Academy Of Performing Arts, Prague, producer of radioart program at Czech Radio and he also teaches electro-acoustic music at the NYU in Prague.
Michal Rataj will present current Radioart activities in the Czech Radio, where he has produced new commissions and other media activities since 2003. 2012 marks the 10th anniversary for the RadioAcustica program.
Professor Rataj will follow with presentation of his recent instrumental and electro-acoustic music compositions, particularly Raining Inside for large orchestra with piano, Ether-Sound-Escape for flute solo and ensemble and The Way There – 8ch electro-acoustic piece composed for sound installation by Andres Bosshard “Klanghimmel” in Vienna, 2011.
